How is my tier decided?
We look at your submission history — completed shipments, lifetime payout and games sold, how accurately your submissions match what arrives, and how long you've been selling with us. Those signals produce a recommended tier, but an IBuyGames admin always makes the final call.
Can I lose my tier?
Tiers are reviewed by a person, not auto-downgraded by a formula. If something changes on our end, we'll always be upfront about why.
When does my bonus actually apply?
Once a submission is reviewed and approved, your current tier's bonus is applied to that submission's total — you'll see the exact breakdown (base offer, bonus, total payout) before it's paid.
Can the bonus percentages change?
Yes — IBuyGames can adjust bonus percentages and other benefits over time (including running temporary promotions). Your dashboard always reflects your current, exact terms.
